My name, Clara was chosen by my dad. I was named after my grandma. I’m the second oldest from all of my sisters. When my sisters were born, I remember that I used to carry them a lot. I visit my grandparents in Mexico every once in a year. One of my best memories of going to my grandma house was when I would go and my grandpa used to take me for a horse ride.

What’s special about my family is that we all love to do things together. My family favorite holiday is Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving Day is the day we all get together to share a day with all of those that love you and care for you. One of my favorite holidays is Christmas when all of my family comes over to our house to play games, watch television and tell stories about their life.

I was born in Mexico and raised in Oxnard. I only remember living in a big house with my sisters and parents. I like living in Oxnard probably more because I was raised here and I have here a lot of good and bad memories. I like México, too, because it a beautiful place and also because I was born there and have family that live there.

My hobbies are playing soccer and listening to music. The reason I like to listen to music is because it helps me relax and express myself. I like to listen to any kind of music; like for example: rock, hip hop and more. Also I like to play soccer with my friends after school. When I was in fifth grade I used to play the flute and I had it to take lessons. When I was in six grade my class and me played for our school. In my spare time I just go out with my friends to the mall or just watch a movie at my house.

The best family vacation that I remember is when I went to Merced. In Merced my family and I went to the lagoon. There were a lot of animals like horses, donkeys, and cows. The best thing about the trip was going to the lagoon to do a carne asada. The bad thing was that it was really hot, especially if you go during summer.

What I like about school is that I get to see my friends. What I don’t like about school is that I get homework.

My favorite subject would have to be Child develop. I like Child Develop because you learn about how children grow up. Also I learned on what should we do if the child doesn’t behave and on how they should act for their age. The class that gives me the most headaches would have to be Geometry. The teacher most of the time is always talking about golf.

I’m not so sure what college I want to go but what I do know is what I want to do with my life. I would love to work for the F.B.I. I just like how everything is a mystery and it’s up to you to solve it.

To sum it all up I like to play soccer with my friends in my spare time. I love to listen to any type of music and chill with my family and friends. Also I like to spent time with the family when it’s a holiday.
